BioI'm one of those "aspiring comic book artists" who are yet to break into the industry.
I'm also the author of Soda Pop which was one of the finalist entries in Tokyopop's Rising Stars of Manga contest. God that was a fun contest and I hope I'll be able to do it again!
Anyway, currently I'm busy with college and work. I'm majoring in Web Design and Interactive Media which has to do with web design (duh!), web programming, interactive interface (e.g. games and DVD menus), and some graphic design.
I also work part-time as a student tutor for various stuff like perspective drawing (you won't believe how many students needed help with this!), Photoshop, Illustrator, college-level Mathematics, etc.
Besides that, I also act as proctor for examinations - I find it adorable when the students get nervous when they speak to me XD
Right now, I'm in the production stage (actual drawing) of my latest 20-page comic project. I'm planning to finish the pencils in the next 1-3 months, and I will ink and tone it this fall. Look forward to that^^
